The setup is generally done in the following 3 steps
- Step 1: Setup of the Roomskills Service for the device type
- Step 2: Setup of the device in Roomskills
- Step 3: Activating the Alexa Skill “Roomskills Smarthome Devices”
When registering your account on Roomskills it is important to use the email address used by your Alexa devices, since this email account is used to build the connection between Alexa and Roomskills. After the registration you go into the area “Services” on Roomskills and select the service type which fits your device and klick on (+) to create the new service. Then you will get detailed instructions on how to setup the service.
After setting up the service you go to the area “Devices” and create the device in the right room.
